Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delays may seldom occur due to high volume orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. You will be notified should your order be delayed.

Free Local Collection
We now offer free local collections from our studio in Somerset West. Kindly note, collections are to be made by appointment only. Please do not arrive to collect without an appointment. Once your order is confirmed and complete, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order. Please bring your confirmation email when you collect.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this current stage.
Check the Status of your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lovewildly.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We make use of The Courier Guy and they do not ship to P.O boxes. The express courier service delivers your parcel to door, and will require a signature from the receiver.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. However no customised items will be accepted for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lovewildly.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
