Order directly through our online shop or contact us to place your order. Once we receive your wording and customisation details, we'll create a digital proof for you to approve before production. Your order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

After approval, we'll print, produce and package your order, ready for collection or courier. Please allow approximately 10–14 working days for customisation and production.

Of course! Because our collections are ready-to-go, we're often able to accommodate tighter deadlines. If your wedding is less than 2 weeks away, please get in touch before ordering. A 35% rush fee may apply.

We courier anywhere within South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping for orders over R1500!

Most orders take 10-14 working days to produce before being shipped. Delivery then takes an additional 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

We ship all orders with The Courier Guy. They are quick and always handle our deliveries with care.

Yes! We offer free collection from our Somerset West studio by appointment only. Simply select "Pick Up" at checkout and we'll arrange a collection time once your order is ready. Chat to us on WhatsApp to arrange a collection time.

Yes! We offer fully custom stationery for couples looking for something completely unique. A custom design is a premium service, so please get in touch for a personalised quotation.

Our semi-custom collections are based on existing designs that you can personalise with your wording, colours and selected finishes.

Our custom stationery is designed completely from scratch and created exclusively for your wedding for the bride who truly values high-end designs.

Yes. The price includes the personalisation and design of your chosen collection, along with a digital proof for you to approve before printing. This helps avoid any mistakes or miscommunication before production begins.

Each product page allows you to select your preferred size, shape and colour options. You can also enter your wording or upload a Word document or Excel spreadsheet. We'll always send you a proof before production.

Absolutely! We offer many more colours and shapes than those shown online. If you're looking for something different, simply get in touch.

Yes! We're always working on new collections and products and plan to add more throughout the year. We'd also love to hear your suggestions.

As all personalised products are made to order, they cannot be returned. Please make sure you're happy with your wording, spelling, colours and design before approving your proof.

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We accept debit and credit card payments securely through PayFast. We do not accept cash payments.

Full payment is required before we begin any semi-custom orders.

For custom design projects, a 50% deposit is required before design work begins.

All outstanding balances must be paid before any stationery or products are shipped or collected. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks' notice require full payment upfront.
